CA3 played some shows last month with The Life And Times, which was a fantastic time. I'd like to thank those guys very much for that!
Working on a new project/band/whatever right now called Pink Avalanche. Hope to get a record out in the first half of next year

After years saying "eventually i'll get a new site up", finally, here it is.
It's up just in time to talk about the new CHE ARTHUR THREE record Like Revenge and upcoming tours. The record comes out today on 180 gram vinyl with included 256k mp3 download of the full album on PAST/FUTURES RECORDS. There's a full band east coast tour in June, then one on the west coast in August, then some other stuff in the works for the fall that i'm really excited about. Check the SHOWS page for the dates!
Though it's the third "Che Arthur" record, it's the first one on which i didn't play most of the instruments. After Iron came out in 2007, I put together a touring band for my solo material for the first time. I realized on that tour that it was so much more enjoyable for me than the solo acoustic shows i'd played for years, and also that it served a lot of the songs better. I'll still be doing the occasional solo acoustic show or instore, or maybe a small solo tour, but it's likely at this point that most shows i do will be full band ones for a while.
STEVE VAN HORN played drums with me on the Iron tour and is formerly of The Reputation. PETE CROKE plays bass in Tight Phantomz and Sleepout, as well as several other great Chicago bands. They're both great friends of mine and amazing musicians and i'm very grateful to have made a record with them.
CHASE BENTLEY is an old friend of both mine and Steve's who has stepped in on bass since Pete was unable to continue in the band for personal reasons. We're sad to lose Pete but quite excited that Chase is now in the fold!
